MoneySaver Gift Certificates:

 

• are subject to the conditions and restrictions described on the face of each certificate.

 

• must be presented in person at the merchant described on the face of the certificate.

 

• will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

 

• cannot be exchanged for cash, cash back, or merchant credit in the event that the total charge for the product(s) or service(s) purchased at the time the certificate is redeemed is LESS than the redemption value of the certificate.

 

• must be accompanied by an additional payment made with cash, check or credit card acceptable to the participating merchant in the event that the total charge for the product(s) or service(s) purchased at the time the certificate is redeemed is MORE than

 

the redemption value of the certificate.

 

• may only be used once. A record of the unique serial number on each certificate will be provided to participating merchant(s). Any attempted redemption of a previously redeemed certificate may be declined by the participating merchant. The reproduction of MoneySaver certificates is prohibited.

 

• cannot be used for payment of prior purchased goods or services or for the repurchase of goods returned by the certificate holder.

 

• will expire on the date, if any, indicated on the face of the certificate.

 

• may be returned by mail ONLY to the SBMS Processing Center, 27 W. Anapamu Street #327, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, for a full refund of the purchase price prior to redemption and not later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be reimbursed to the same credit card that was charged for the initial purchase upon receipt of the returned certificate. Except for such refunds, SBMS certificates have no cash value.

 

• Sales tax, if applicable, will be collected at the time the certificate is redeemed, based on the TOTAL amount of the purchase, regardless of the amount paid to purchase the certificate.

 

• You agree that santabarbaramoneysaver.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH AN SBMS CERTIFICATE AND THAT ANY DISPUTE REGARDING PURCHASES MADE WITH AN SBMS CERTIFICATE SHALL BE BETWEEN THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER AND THE PARTICIPATING MERCHANT.
